Manhattan gets a pizza the action...

1121 Moro, Manhattan (Aggieville)

China has a great wall, Greece has a 2500-year-old temple dedicated to a virgin goddess, Egypt has geometric solids with polygonal bases and triangular sides inclined to meet in a point, England has a pair of large circles of megaliths and Monty Python, but we have the oldest continuously operating Pizza Hut on the planet.

  1. I think your title pun burnt out the pun-processing piece of my brain.

  2. I know, I know. That might have been pushing the envelope, but it was still stationery.

  3. When I was a kid my dad loved puns. I once escaped being sent to my room for whatever infraction by saying, "Oh, Daddy! Don't pun-ish me!" Cracked him up.

I'm pretty impressed with your Pizza Hut. Every now and then when I drive up to Kansas City I go through that McDonald's built over the highway. It's exciting.

  4. You've also seen that huge McDonald's by the river in St. Louis, no doubt.

By the way, thanks for stopping by.

  5. Nope - only been to St. Louis once, in 19... Well, 1973, maybe. Have to rectify that some day.
